From the page: "Quantum Future Group, Inc. ("QFG"), the only defendant that has been served in an Internet defamation suit brought by New-Age guru Eric Pepin's sales company, has forcefully challenged the merits of the case and has asked an Oregon federal judge for a dismissal and attorneys fees. The case concerns postings on a forum hosted by SOTT.net (Signs of the Times), an Internet site devoted to news and analysis in various fields, including analyzing and exposing cults. Citing Oregon's anti-SLAPP ("Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation") statute, QFG contends that the statements about Pepin and his company, Higher Balance Institute, LLC ("HBI") are constitutionally protected. Because HBI cannot show that it probably will prevail, QFG argues, the case must be dismissed before QFG or the other defendants must spend large amounts to defend themselves."

"Psychopaths maintain their power through terrorizing their victims into silence. They depend upon fear. Each time you hold back you views out of fear, they have won.

It is time to speak up, to shine the light of truth in all the dark holes dug by the pathocrats. Those dark holes will be our graves if we do not speak out.

"The liberation from this spell comes only through multiplication of facts, which clearly contradict the official doctrine and the promises of psychopathic leaders." "

The shortages and high prices of fertilizer is probably related to the rising oil prices. It is sad that even our own ethanol production is tied to oil, for fertilizer, the electricity to power distilleries, and the trucks that ship it.

I especially like the commentary added in blue:
"Comment: If they don't know, it is because you haven't been doing your job. Readers of this page know."
"Comment: Oh, geez! Is that the best you can do! What about calling for the impeachment of everyone in the Bush administration!"

I have listened to some of this on the radio earlier today and it is shocking the stories that were told. The sad thing is that they blame this on soldiers going nuts, but their own leadership sponsored it. I'm glad to see a bunch of soldiers wake up and start seeing what is really going on.

I don't understand how in this country one can drag us into a lawsuit based on stating facts about the person. The sued person has to spend their money to defend the suit, even if it is outright frivolous as in this case of free speech. Libel would be more like if they were stating things without a factual basis.
